The Taiwan currency rose to a 10-day high of 29.35 against the U.S. dollar in early Asian trading on Friday. The Taiwan dollar is now quoted 29.37 versus the greenback, compared to yesterday's close of 29.515. If the Taiwan dollar advances further, it may target the 28.8 level.
