Chinese parliamentary spokesman Li Zhaoxing said China's official military budget for 2011 will rise 12.7 pct over last year to to 601.1 bln yuan ($91.5 bln)
This compared to a 7.5 pct rise in the previous year to 532.1 bln yuan
