The Norwegian cbank plans to offer four short-term liquidity loans to banks during the next two weeks in order to fine-tune liquidity and avoid unwanted swings in money market rates, it told Reuters
"We're announcing in advance how many loans we'll provide, because structural liquidity in the market will vary significantly and at times be highly negative," said Kristine Falkgaard, Norges Bank's head of Market Operations and Analysis.
