Ahead of the release of the euro-zone PMI report, the euro declined against the dollar, yen and the franc. But the single currency moved higher against the pound. At about 3:55 am ET, the euro was trading at 1.3661 versus the dollar, 0.8980 against the pound, 123.33 versus the yen and 1.58067 against the franc.
