Data revealed that consumer confidence in Brazil fell in June.
Getulio Vargas Foundation said the country's consumer confidence index declined 1.9 points to 82.3, down from the previous month's 84.2.
Brazil's increased political uncertainty might have caused the fall, data showed.
The current situation index recorded its third consecutive decrease from 70.5 in May to 70.1 in June.
The expectations index, which had recovered in May, lost 2.9 points to 91.7 in June.
