Against its British counterpart, the European single currency extended its European session's uptrend in early New York deals on Thursday.
As of now, the euro is trading near a 2-day high of 0.8065 versus the sterling from early Asian session's 1-week low of 0.8025. The pair closed Wednesday's North American session at 0.8046.
