Finland's producer prices declined for the second consecutive month in September, Statistics Finland reported Thursday.
Producer prices for manufactured products slipped 1.1 percent year-on-year, following a 0.9 percent fall in August and no change in July.
In the domestic market, producer prices rose 0.1 percent, while the producer prices of export products went down by 2.6 percent.
On a monthly basis, producer prices for manufactured goods slid 0.2 percent mainly due to lower prices of oil products and manufacturing of basic metals.
Further, data showed that the export price index fell by 2.6 percent in September and the import price index by 3.3 percent in the year.
