Japan will on Friday see February numbers for its tertiary industry index, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific activity.
In January, the index was up 0.9 percent on month.
Also, many of the regional bourses are closed in observance of Good Friday, including Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia.
