Malaysia's unemployment rate declined slightly in February, figures from the Department of Statistics Malaysia showed Friday.

The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate, meanwhile, climbed to 3.2 percent from 3.1 percent a month ago. In the same month last year, the figure was 2.8 percent.
The labour force participation rate also decreased to 67.4 percent in February from 67.8 percent in January.
