The Office for National Statistics released the U.K. current account and final GDP data for the first quarter at 4:30 am ET Friday.
After the data, the Pound recovered slightly from early lows against major rivals.
As of 4:35 am ET, the Pound was trading at 0.7997 against the Euro, 1.7031 against the U.S. dollar, 1.5212 against the Swiss franc and 172.75 against the Yen.
