  • Brent crude oil futures fell to 4-year low after producer group OPEC said it would not cut crude production targets.
  • Brent then pared losses to last trade down $4.94 at $72.84.
  • U.S. crude also dropped sharply to $67.75, its lowest since May 2010, before paring losses to trade down $4.65 at $69.04 a barrel.
