Germany's unemployment declined more than expected in July, reports said citing data from the Federal Labor Agency on Thursday.
The number of people out of work fell 7,000 in July from June. Economists had forecast a decrease of 4,000.
The jobless rate held steady at 6.1 percent as expected in July. This was the lowest since German reunification.
