Singapore home prices declined in the third quarter, the Urban Redevelopment Authority said Monday.

Residential property prices decreased 1.5 percent in the third quarter versus a 0.4 percent decline in the previous three months.

Prices of non-landed private residential properties dropped 1.8 percent in Core Central Region reversing a 0.3 percent increase in the previous quarter.

Prices in the Rest of Central Region declined by 1.3 percent, after registering an increase of 0.2 percent in the previous quarter. Prices in Outside Central Region slid by 1.2 percent, following a 0.5 percent drop in the previous three months.
