South Korea will on Tuesday release final Q4 figures for gross domestic product, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
Little change is expected from January's preliminary reading that suggested an increase of 0.4 percent on quarter and 2.3 percent on year. In the three months prior, GDP added 0.6 percent on quarter and 2.6 percent on year.
For all of 2016, GDP was pegged at 2.7 percent - up from 2.6 percent in 2015.
Finally, the markets in Indonesia are closed for the Hindu New Year, and will re-open on Wednesday.
