The European Central Bank has released the accounts of the monetary policy meeting of the Governing Council held on July 19 and 20 at 7.30 am ET Thursday. The euro dropped further against its key counterparts after the release.
The euro was valued at 0.9076 against the pound, 128.76 against the yen, 1.1306 against the franc and 1.1673 against the greenback around 7:32 am ET.
