Following the release of Eurozone construction output for June at 5.00 am ET Friday, the euro rose against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 128.18 against the yen, 1.1295 against the franc, 1.1756 against the greenback and 0.9107 against the pound around 5:02 am ET.
