The U.S. dollar drifted lower against its most major counterparts in early European deals on Wednesday.
The greenback dropped to 0.9584 against the franc and 109.90 against the yen, from its early high of 0.9609 and near a 2-week high of 110.29, respectively.
The greenback edged down to 1.2151 against the loonie, off its early high of 1.2186.
The greenback hit 1.3329 against the pound, a level unseen since September 2016.
If the greenback extends decline, it may find support around 108.00 against the yen, 0.94 against the franc, 1.345 against the pound and 1.195 against the loonie.
