Following the release of the National Association of Home Builders' Housing Market Index for September at 10.00 am ET Monday, the greenback changed little against its major rivals.
The greenback was trading at 1.1965 against the euro, 111.37 against the yen, 0.9592 against the franc and 1.3566 against the pound around 10:02 am ET.
