Slovakia's producer price inflation eased in September after accelerating in the previous month, figures from the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic showed Friday.
Industrial producer prices climbed 2.4 percent year-over-year in September, slower than the 2.7 percent increase in August. The measure has been rising since January.
Prices on the domestic market registered an increase of 2.1 percent.
Among sectors, manufacturing prices grew 2.3 percent and those in the mining and quarrying sphere edged up by 0.1 percent.
On a monthly basis, producer prices remained flat in September after a 0.3 percent rise in the preceding month.
