Japan's supermarket sales continue to fall in October, data from the Chain Store Association showed Tuesday.
Supermarket sales decreased 1.9 percent year-on-year in October, following a 0.3 percent drop a month ago. Before adjustment, supermarket sales dropped 2.2 percent.
On a monthly basis, supermarket sales increased 5.4 percent in October.
