Following the release of the U.S. durable goods orders for October and weekly jobless claims for the week ended November 18 at 8.30 am ET Wednesday, the greenback dropped slightly against its major rivals.
The greenback was trading at 111.93 against the yen, 0.9876 against the franc, 1.1751 against the euro and 1.3239 against the pound around 8:35 am ET.
