At 4.00 am ET Thursday, IHS Markit publishes euro area composite PMI. Economists expect the index to remain unchanged at 56.0 in November.
Ahead of the data, the euro rose against its major rivals.
The euro was worth 1.1836 against the greenback, 131.66 against the yen, 1.1619 against the franc and 0.8893 against the pound as of 3:55 am ET.
