Mexico's Global Indicator of Economic Activity (IGAE) recorded a 0.9% annual growth in September, decelerating from the 2.2% increase in August and reaching its slowest pace of expansion in two years, reported the country's statistics office.
On an annual basis, by large groups of activities, the primary sector rose 3.2% in September over the same month of the previous year, while services increased 1.9%.
Meanwhile, the manufacturing sector fell by 1.0% in the period.
