Consumer confidence data from Germany is due on Tuesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, Destatis is scheduled to release Germany's import prices for October. Economists forecast import price inflation to slow to 2.5 percent from 3 percent in September.

At 2.45 am ET, the French statistical office Insee publishes consumer sentiment data. The confidence index is seen rising to 101 in November from 100 in October.

At 3.00 am ET, Spain's retail sales data is due. Economists forecast retail sales growth to improve slightly to 2.2 percent in October from 2.1 percent in September.

Half an hour, Sweden's retail sales and foreign trade figures are due. Sales are forecast to drop 0.1 percent on month in October, in contrast to a 0.8 percent rise in September.

At 4.00 am ET, the European Central Bank releases M3 money supply data for October. Economists forecast euro area M3 growth to remain unchanged at 5.1 percent.

At 5.00 am ET, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development publishes economic outlook report.

At 7.00 am ET, Germany's market research group GfK is set to release consumer sentiment survey data. The forward-looking index is seen unchanged at 10.7 in December.
