Following the release of German import price index for October at 2:00 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major rivals. The euro was trading at 1.1907 against the greenback, 132.44 against the yen, 1.1689 against the franc and 0.8932 against the pound around 2:02 am ET.
