At 5.00 am ET Thursday, Eurostat releases Eurozone inflation and unemployment figures. Inflation is forecast to rise to 1.6 percent in November from 1.4 percent in October. The jobless rate is forecast to remain at 8.9 percent in October.
Ahead of the data, the euro fell against its major rivals.
The euro was worth 1.1835 against the greenback, 133.00 against the yen, 1.1679 against the franc and 0.8791 against the pound as of 4:55 am ET.
