At 7:30 am ET Thursday, the European Central Bank has published the accounts of the monetary policy meeting of the Governing Council held on January 24-25. Following the release, the euro changed little against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 1.2284 against the greenback, 131.78 against the yen, 1.1522 against the franc and 0.8845 against the pound around 7:32 am ET.
