Statistics Canada has released Canada trade data for January at 8:30 am ET Wednesday.
After the data, the loonie rose further against its major rivals.
The loonie was trading at 1.6015 against the euro, 82.08 against the yen, 1.0080 against the aussie and 1.2900 against the greenback around 8:31 am ET.
