Following the release of U.S. consumer confidence index for March at 10:00 am ET Tuesday, the greenback changed little against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 1.2393 against the euro, 1.4147 against the pound, 0.9486 against the franc and 105.74 against the yen around 10:01 am ET.
