At 4.00 am ET Tuesday, Germany's Ifo business sentiment survey data has been released. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The euro was trading at 1.2195 against the greenback, 132.77 against the yen, 1.1932 against the franc and 0.8756 against the pound around 4:02 am ET.
