The British Bankers Association's mortgage approvals for May have been released at 4:30 am ET Tuesday. After the data, the pound changed little against its major counterparts.
The pound was trading at 145.45 against the yen, 1.3112 against the franc, 1.3259 against the greenback and 0.8805 against the euro around 4:32 am ET.
