The manufacturing sector in the Philippines continued to expand in June, albeit at a slower rate, the latest survey from Nikkei revealed on Monday with a manufacturing PMI score of 52.9.
That's down from 53.7 in May, although it remains above the boom-or-bust line of 50 that separates expansion of contraction.
Individually, there were slower rises in both output and new orders.
Employment levels were broadly steady, while inflationary pressures remained strong.
