At 4:30 am ET Tuesday, the Office for National Statistics has published U.K. industrial output, foreign trade and construction output figures, all for May. Following these data, the pound fell slightly against its major rivals.
The pound was trading at 0.8839 against the euro, 1.3175 against the Swiss franc, 1.3277 against the greenback and 147.52 against the yen around 4:32 am ET.
