Food prices in New Zealand were up an unadjusted 0.5 percent on month in June, Statistics New Zealand said on Thursday - following the flat reading in May.
Following seasonal adjustments, food prices were unchanged.
In June, fruit and vegetable prices rose 5.8 percent (down 0.2 percent after seasonal adjustment), while meat, poultry, and fish prices fell 0.2 percent.
On a yearly basis, food prices were up 0.2 percent.
