Following the release of U.S. retail sales for June at 8.30 am ET Monday, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the greenback ticked up against the yen and the franc, it changed little against the euro and the pound.
The greenback was worth 1.1718 against the euro, 1.3274 against the pound, 112.37 against the yen and 0.9981 against the franc around 8:33 am ET.
