Following the release of ISM manufacturing index for July and construction spending for June at 10:00 am ET Wednesday, the greenback fell slightly against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 1.1682 against the euro, 111.92 against the yen, 0.9922 against the franc and 1.3120 against the pound around 10:01 am ET.
