Australia will on Monday see July figures for the inflation forecast from TD Securities and the Melbourne Institute, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.
In June, consumer prices were forecast to have been flat on month and climbed 2.0 percent on year.
Australia also will see July results for job ads from ANZ; in June, job ads were down 1.7 percent on month.
New Zealand will see July results for the commodity price index from ANZ; in June, commodity prices sank 1.0 percent on month.
Indonesia will release Q2 data for gross domestic product; in the three months prior, GDP was down 0.42 percent on quarter and up 5.06 percent on year.
