Following the release of U.K. public sector finance data for July at 4.30 am ET Tuesday, the pound changed little against its major rivals.
The pound was worth 141.30 against the yen, 1.2670 against the franc, 0.8982 against the euro and 1.2823 against the greenback around 4:31 am ET.
