At 4.30 am ET Monday, the Office for National Statistics publishes UK unemployment data. The jobless rate is seen unchanged at 4 percent in three months to July.
Ahead of the data, the pound traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the pound rose against the greenback and the yen, it fell against the euro and the franc.
The pound was worth 1.3058 against the greenback, 145.56 against the yen, 1.2715 against the franc and 0.8903 against the euro as of 4:25 am ET.
