Denmark's consumer confidence weakened further in September to the lowest level in nine months, survey data from Statistics Denmark showed Thursday.
The consumer confidence index fell to 6.9 in September from 7.8 in August.
Moreover, this was the lowest reading since December last year, when it marked 6.5.
The index measuring consumers' financial situation about the past twelve months weakened to 5.4 from 6.8.
Meanwhile, their own financial situation for the next twelve months improved in September, rising to 13.6 from 12.3 in August.
Households' judgment about the general economic situation of the country over the next year rose slightly to 7.4 from 7.2 percent.
