At 4.30 am ET Friday, the Office for National Statistics has released UK public sector finance data. The pound changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The pound was trading at 1.3218 against the greenback, 149.04 against the yen, 1.2645 against the franc and 0.8919 against the euro around 4:32 am ET.
