Monthly GDP estimate, industrial production and foreign trade figures from the UK are due on Wednesday, headlining a busy day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, Statistics Norway is set to release consumer and producer prices for September. In the meantime, industrial production and new orders from Finland and consumer prices from Romania are due.

At 2.45 am ET, the statistical office Insee publishes France's industrial output report for August. Production had increased 0.7 percent on month in July.

At 4.00 am ET, Italy's industrial production data is due for August. Production had dropped 1.8 percent on month in July.

At 4.30 am ET, the Office for National Statistics releases UK monthly GDP estimate for August. GDP is forecast to climb 0.2 percent on month, following a 0.3 percent rise in July.

In the meantime, industrial and construction output and foreign trade reports are due. Economists forecast industrial production to grow 0.1 percent month-on-month in August, the same pace of growth as seen in July.

At 5.00 am ET, Greece consumer price data is due. Prices had increased 1 percent on year in August.
