At 5.00 am ET Tuesday, Germany's ZEW economic sentiment survey for October and Eurozone trade data for August are due. Ahead of these data, the euro traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the euro held steady against the yen and the greenback, it fell against the pound. Against the franc, it rose.
The euro was worth 129.96 against the yen, 1.1448 against the franc, 1.1590 against the greenback and 0.8783 against the pound as of 4:55 am ET.
