After the release of U.K. construction PMI for November at 4:30 am ET Tuesday, the pound changed little against its major counterparts.
The pound was trading at 1.2804 against the greenback, 0.8899 against the euro, 1.2741 against the franc and 144.40 against the yen around 4:31 am ET.
