Following the release of German ZEW economic sentiment survey for December at 5.00 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 128.68 against the yen, 1.1233 against the franc, 1.1384 against the greenback and 0.9018 against the pound around 5:03 am ET.
