Following the release of German Ifo business sentiment index for December at 4:00 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 1.1372 against the greenback, 127.92 against the yen, 1.1284 against the franc and 0.8998 against the pound around 4:02 am ET.
