The U.S. existing home sales for March are due at 10:00 am ET Monday. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the greenback rose against the pound and the franc, it held steady against the yen and the euro.
The greenback was worth 1.1251 against the euro, 111.92 against the yen, 1.0154 against the franc and 1.2983 against the pound as of 9:55 am ET.
