The U.S. house price index for February has been released at 9:00 am ET Tuesday. After the data, the greenback rose further against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 111.98 against the yen, 1.1215 against the euro, 1.2954 against the pound and 1.0217 against the franc around 9:03 am ET.
