After the release of U.S. personal income and spending data for March at 8:30 am ET Monday, the greenback fell slightly against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 1.2918 against the pound, 1.1160 against the euro, 111.72 against the yen and 1.0204 against the franc around 8:32 am ET.
