Canada wholesale sales for March are due at 8:30 am ET Thursday. Ahead of the data, the loonie traded mixed against its major rivals. While the loonie dropped against the aussie, it held steady against the rest of major rivals.
The loonie was worth 81.67 against the yen, 0.9260 against the aussie, 1.3469 against the greenback and 1.5003 against the euro as of 8:25 am ET.
